Update (10/27/2013) - The update has been activated through amazon.com-Kindle Direct Publishing. It is recommended you update to version 1.0.2 if you have not already done so.

(October 5, 2013) There is an issue with the release of the Second Edition kindle version.
If you purchased the kindle ebook during the first day or two of the release during the free promotion, your version has hyperlinks to websites that are not functional. This was corrected (Also two mispellings of its were corrected) in a new version that was uploaded to amazon.com's KDP website (Kindle Direct Publishing).
